Loomis Log #8 is the second of the two recordings hidden in Chapter 1 — The Road to Haddonfield, and part of the eleven Loomis Logs that fill most of the 14-recording story collection. It waits inside the mechanic's shop along the road to Haddonfield.

After leaving the bar, the story has you chase a rider. When the objective turns to going after the mechanic, hold off on the pursuit for a minute.
Enter his shop through the front door, then walk through into the office. Loomis Log #8 is on the desk — grab it before you deal with the mechanic himself.
