Nurse Chambers's recording is the fourteenth and final recording of Michael's story campaign — one of the three non-Loomis voices that close the set in Chapter 5 — Into the Shadows, alongside Laurie's recording and Loomis Log #11. Nurse Chambers is the Smith's Grove staffer whose matchbook drives the game's plot, and her tape is the last one standing between you and the Gold-rank Collector trophy.

Head to the far side of town. On the right stands a house numbered 1486.
Enter through the front door and turn left — the recording waits on the bookshelf.
